All bookings are secure and will be deposit based only from the 1st April 2020.


Deposits are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable so please make sure you are able to commit to the agreed date and time.


Deposits will differ slightly due to different packages or due to the amount of work needed. Valeting package deposits are £10 while any detailing/paint correction deposit is £50. If you are unsure which deposit your service falls under please check on the ‘Services & Pricing’ page.


Optimum Auto Valet understand that sometimes life gets in the way, so if you feel you are unable to commit to the agreed valet within 48 hours of your chosen date and time, we will gladly alter your booking to another date and time. As long as it meets all other terms and conditions.


Please be aware, Optimum Auto Valet is fully mobile for a convenient valeting and detailing service. We are unable to operate on main roads, if you are unsure if your area is suitable or not please give us a call!


Optimum Auto Valet cannot control traffic, acts of others, or acts of god and certainly not the weather! If any of this applies to your booking, Optimum Auto Valet will re-book you within 14 days of the inconvenience. If not, a full refund of deposit will be issued back to the customer.


If your vehicle's interior is in major need of some love and are heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, blood or other, additional charges will apply. All charges will be agreed by both parties upon inspection, prior to work commencing.


For insurance purposes, we are unable to operate in pay and display car parks, or heavily used roads.


Any bookings that are made, that are affected or cannot be completed due to the above terms, may result in a full booking charge being payable so please make sure you read our T&Cs very carefully! We are fully self sufficient, with on–board water and power. 


We are covered with liability and indemnity insurance up to £1,000,000.


It is very important that all our customers remove their belongings or anything important to them such as receipts prior to the work commencing as we cannot be held responsible for loss of personal items.
